Senator Donley, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104(FIN)                                         
"An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses                                
of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and                                  
providing for an effective date" for the Finance Committee meeting on                               
March 31. Without objection, it was so ordered.
